How it works
Sign in and you get your own private space. Nothing to install and nothing to configure.
The basics
- Add files: drag them from your desktop into the window, or press Upload files.
- Open a file: click it once. Photos, PDFs and text open right in the page.
- Do something with files: tick the circle on a tile (top-left) to select it — buttons appear for download, sharing, renaming and deleting. Tick several to act on them together. Or right-click any file for the full list.
- Deleted something by mistake? Press Undo on the message that appears, or open Trash in the left sidebar and choose Put it back.
Sharing with people who don't have an account
Select a file, choose Get a link, and send the link to anyone. You can set it to stop working after a few days, add a password, or limit how many times it can be used. To turn a link off early: Shared links in the left sidebar → Switch off.
To receive big files from someone, right-click a folder and choose Ask someone to send files here. They get a page where they can drop files in — and they can't see anything else in your drive.
Sharing with colleagues
Teams in the left sidebar → name your team. Invite people by email address and choose whether they can edit or only view. Everyone in the team sees the same shared folder in their own drive. Invitations activate as soon as the person signs in.
Using it like a normal drive on your computer
You can map your space as a drive letter in Windows, so it works in every program:
- Open File Explorer, right-click This PC, choose Map network drive…
- Pick a drive letter, then enter
https://dav.ftp.wfclogistic.com/dav - Sign in with the username and password from Connect other apps in your picture menu
Using FileZilla or WinSCP
Best choice for very large files or thousands of files at once — these programs resume automatically if your connection drops. Get your details from your picture menu → Connect other apps, then:
- Protocol: SFTP
- Host:
ftp.wfclogistic.com— Port: the number shown in Connect other apps (2222 unless your operator changed it) - Enter your username and password, then connect
Command line and automated backups
sftp -P 2222 YOUR_USERNAME@ftp.wfclogistic.com
rclone config create wfcdrive sftp host=ftp.wfclogistic.com port=2222 user=YOUR_USERNAME pass=YOUR_PASSWORD
rclone sync ./local-folder wfcdrive:/backupSCP works too, on the same port.
Passwords and keys
Your web sign-in uses your existing Google or Microsoft account, so there's no new password to remember. Other apps use the separate password shown in Connect other apps. If you prefer SSH keys, or want to limit access to your office IP address, open the Advanced security options in that same panel.
Storage
Your usage is shown at the bottom of the left sidebar and in Storage and transfers. We email you at 80% and again when you're full. Files in the Trash still take up space until you empty it.
